5-piece country rock band with a groove, seasoned veterans of the Humboldt County music scene have opened for national acts such as Vince Gill, Los Lobos, Asleep At The Wheel, Earl Scruggs and Norton Buffalo.

Acoustic roots band founded in Humboldt County’s community of Fieldbrook in 2008. Playing a large repertoire of both traditional and original tunes, Kindred Spirits takes from the bluegrass, folk, and blues traditions.

Playing without rules to bind them, the group is encouraged to experiment and explore unusual chords, rhythms and emotions within each composition. Feral jazzrock is a category that fits Dogbone's style. They send wild, unleashed soundwaves through the mind; and seldom used neural pathways.
